This style has a snug, supportive fit with a lower-coverage neckline. On a 35" bust, Small fit well and created a more cleavage-enhancing fit with the removable pads in.

For additional room and coverage, removing the pads creates a less revealing, more secure fit, which was preferred during more intense training.

If you prefer more bust coverage, consider sizing up. Keep in mind that sizing up will also reduce some of the compression and support.

Support: Medium support when properly fitted. Best for strength training and moderate-impact activities.
