Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Tags must still be attached
- Item must be in original condition
How to Start a Return
We offer a simple, self-serve return experience. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and log in with your account.
Once submitted:
- Follow the guided steps to select your return type
- Ship your item back to us
Refunds & Store Credit
After your return is received and inspected:

Store credit is issued immediately, OR
- A refund is processed within 3–5 business days
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or product swaps. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received. If you need your new item faster, we recommend selecting store credit and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or damaged items (not due to manufacturer defect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll cover all costs and make it right immediately.
