Refund policy

At BAM Rebuild, we stand behind the quality of every product. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Any tags must still be attached
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required
  • For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, items showing signs of wear, odors, stains, pet hair, or other use may not be eligible for return.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Return & Refund Process:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.  You will ship the product for return to BAM REBUILD HOLDINGS LLC, 14391 Spring Hill Drive, Box 518, Spring Hill, Florida, 34609.  

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. BAM is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

We offer a simple, self-serve return experience. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal in your account at https://account.bamrebuild.com and enter your order number and email address.

Once submitted:

  • Follow the guided steps to select your return type
  • Ship your item back to us

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Store credit is issued immediately
    OR
  • A refund is processed within 3–5 business days

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined in this policy.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or damaged items (not due to manufacturer defect)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We’ll cover all costs and make it right immediately

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
  • Shipping times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or card provider
