This style has a fitted, body-contouring silhouette. Based on our fit testing, sizing up is recommended for the best combination of comfort, coverage, and support.

BAM Tested Fit Notes

This style features an open-back design with an adjustable neck strap and no back support strap.

During testing, we found that the larger size actually provided a more secure and supportive overall fit. On a 35" bust, Medium fit comfortably, stayed in place, and required less adjustment through the sleeves than the smaller size.

Although the open-back design provides less structure than a traditional fitted training top, Medium stayed comfortably in place during light-to-moderate activity.

Fit recommendation: If between sizes, or if you prefer additional coverage and a more secure feel, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Activity Level: Best for light-to-moderate strength training, leg day, walking, stretching, and everyday wear. Not designed for high-impact activity.
